Japanese Curved Bottom Planes

These Curved Bottom Planes are made from top quality Japanese White Oak. The razor sharp blade is carefully fitted by hand. The AA quality blades are a hand-forged lamination of wrought iron and Shirogami Hagane (high carbon white steel). Each blade is individually tempered to Rockwell c65 to ensure a long lasting edge. Body width is 2-1/4", blade width is 1-1/2" and overall body length is 6".
